Embrace the spirit of the occasion by wearing traditional Kannada attire or anything that sparkles for Deepavali.Let’s come together to celebrate our culture and traditions, and make this Rajyotsava and Deepavali unforgettable! Bring your family and friends; the more, the merrier.

Stage Programs : 3PM Onwards

Entry: Show your booking. Please note tickets have to be bought online and cannot be purchased at the venue.

KSA Members please provide your KSA Membership details at the registration counter.

ASU Students please provide your ASU Student ID.

Parking :  Available near auditorium parking lot. 

Terms & Conditions :

• You are responsible for your belongings and your children.
• Children should always be under adult supervision. KSA will not take any  responsibility for lost belongings on mishaps, accidents , allergic  reactions or issues arising due to food consumption at the event
• Tickets purchased are non transferable and non refundable under any circumstances
• Tickets has to be purchased online and within the given window of time
• Littering is strictly prohibited and punishable offense. Please ensure  the venue is left clean. Use trash cans provided to dispose any cutlery,  left over food or any trash

• KSA holds the absolute right to entry  which means KSA can deny entry to the event or performance without any explanation
• You need to pay for any damage to the property in case you cause it.  You're also responsible for any violations or fines related to that  occurrence. KSA will not be responsible for your actions or neglect.
• KSA reserves the rights to alter or amend the programme at any time. In  extension to this the decision to include or exclude a performance is  also in the sole discretion of KSA
• Refrain from being loud and enjoy the performances by encouraging the participants. You can always cheer loudly
• Attendance to the event is at your own risk, Incase you are sick or you  have come in contact with anyone who have Covid or even suspected to have Covid then stay home and we request you not to attend the event
• Please note first 2 rows of the chairs are reserved  in the auditorium request not to occupy them
• Rest of all the seats can be occupied on first come first serve basis. KSA will not take any ownership of seat allocation in the auditorium
• Food is not allowed inside the auditorium
• Please bring your own bottle for water. Water Dispensers will be kept outside the auditorium
• Keep Off of the grass area infront of the Auditorium. Keep your kids away from that area at all times.
