7:15 - 8:30: Walk on a Trail - Easy 0.9 mile trail around the lake.Walk for women Empowerment and Community Bonding: Connect with fellow participants and celebrate the spirit of womanhood.
8:30 - 9:30: Breakfast Talk: Breakfast and coffee along with Health talk by our Valley's Women Physician.
